Creating a small group of players for a long run

Hey,

my friend and me want to create a small group to play this game for a long run of at least 4+ hours straight with the possibility to save and continue another day.
Here is some information about the settings to make sure only those join who are okay with the settings:
-Region NA, so preferably be around there for the ping
-Speed: Fast
-City states: Around 10-20, depending on size
-Map: Continents
-Map size: Either standard or 'big' (if 5+ players) or 'huge' (if 7+ players)
-Round mode 'Hybrid'
-Barbarians included
-No saving of social politics
-Fast fighting of troops
- fast movement
-Nations are randomized

Playtime will be whenever everyone is able to play, however expect a time around the Central afternoon, evening or close to midnight at weekends(or even longer).
We want at least 4 players before we start.
