Troops dont move until end of turn
Let me begin this by stating that just make sure your troops dont have a predermined path, (you can accidentally do this by directing them to path further than the given movent on a turn and this can be dennoted by instead of choosing a tile inside the blue circle you choose outsid of it).
Secondly when playing civ i noticed that i cant make my troops move untill i hit end turn and then they move to/attack untis on that tile.
There are two ways of "solving" this.
1.) save the game, re load and hope things turn out well.
2.)Only move units their allotted moves, if you give them a path to complete over the corse of however many turns the game bugs and youre back to the porblem in the title.
Personally its not the biggest problem but you do lose a pretty nice feature.
if anyone had any better solutions to this problem please let me know!

After you've sent them to move to a hex that's a long way from their current position, you can just click on them again, go to additional actions(I think it was called) and there's a button that stops all queued actions. Works for improvements too, if you've set it on auto.

Moving at the end of your turn is way better then earlier. Because then if you want to change their path or orders, you'd have to wait a turn, because they will already have used their actions for that turn.
