DLC Not Activating

Have all DLC's bought with the game but none show up in game, I have activated them all but they still don't show up.

Can't use any DLC Civ's and the Brave New World trading things.

Check the DLC menu in-game.

Have checked it and all are ticked but none are active in game.

So, that shows you only have a handful of the DLC. WotAW, Babylon, Spain and Inca, Explorers Map Pack (CotNW deluxe is a bit of a red herring).

Please screenshot your DLC list in the Steam client.
