Problem
I'm having a problem. At random times during gameplay Bioshock starts to lagging really bad and the audio starts to make crackiling sounds. It happenes at randoms times and not just with Bioshock Infinite. It happens with all my other games too. Ive uninstalled Infinite and updated my video card but niter of those have worked.

Latest patch introduced a memory leak. You can revert to the prior patch through Steam by right clicking Infinite & selecting properties, or just restart the game.
