It depends. You seem to like Skyrim, so you'll probably be disappointed by how short Infinite is, and how little there is to do in terms of exploring, etc... But if you like story-driven games, you'll probably like Infinite.

(I have a funny feeling this topic is going to turn into flame wars between haters and fanboys...)

Since purchasing I have completed the game on Hard mode, Easy mode and 1999 mode in that order. This includes collecting all the achievements, if that is your thing or not, and the experience has taken me 70 hours total. That'll go up when the DLC comes out, I'm sure. However, less than one dollar per hour for a game like this is not only well worth the price, the plot, characters, setting and sheer presentation will blow you away.

Buy it.
Worth $70. Its a story driven game, its a little short, but not much shorter than bioshock 1.

It's worth 10$. I am happy that I bought this game just for 10$. :3 Anyway the game still Worth 60$. It's not good as the demo itself but still a good game. I think they cut demo stuffs for DLCs.

This game is better than COD. Cod is the same♥♥♥♥♥♥, same engine. same story, same gameplay.

Yes, there were a couple of things I didn't care for so much but it was such a great gaming experience for me that it negated all of that.

I do wish it was longer though, maybe along the lines of HL2. Anyway, great times!

Just buy it. Try to go into it with no expectations because it is truly like nothing else. Sure it's a shooter at heart but the setting and the story are amazing.

My opinions; they are worth what you're paying for them. It is linear, rather cinematic game and often the fps is rather like an overlay. Graphics are good but not great. The action part is somewhat repetitive and with just a little care you'll never run out of ammo, etc. To me not much replay value. My rating is 7.5

Let's get one thing cleared up, though - this game is not short. I put 18 hours into it, and most people I've heard from around here have put in between 14 and 16 hours - that's pretty standard and even a bit above average for shooters. Now it is certainly shorter than an open-world game like Skyrim or Fallout, but it's not the same type of game and it's not fair to compare them. This game took me longer than Max Payne 3, all the Crysis games, AvP, Half-Life 2, and pretty much every other shooter I've played except for the first Bioshock. Plus the story is far better than any shooter I've ever played with the exception of Bioshock and Half-Life 2 - not that those are necessarily better, just on the same level. Well worth the $60 in my opinion.

$20 seems like a good price. I really don't think there is much replay value apart from trying to link the story together. But you can do that with notes on the story or brief youtube videos and save yourself time.

For $60? Yes. I would feel bad paying less, but paying more would be a bit much. Frankly, this is worth the price.

Something like $30 would fit.
