Best bioshock game in your opinion? and where should the next bioshock game take place?
I just beat bioshock infinite and i think its one of the best games i've ever played just like bioshock 1 and bioshock 2 , I like them all equally but if i had to choose i'd pick infinite
I'd just like to know the opinions of others , I personally want the next bioshock to be in space or underground

There are no games like BsI because it's a unique Masterpiece!!! We'll just have to wait and see what's next to come. ;)

It is a unique masterpiece and irrational is unexpected so who knows really?

The first one is my pick for best. It had a much bigger impact on me when I played it. The iconic Big Daddy/Little sisters dynamic, slow atmospheric pacing, a creepy, recently ravaged city ... I was blown away. The newest one clearly has better combat, the graphics are phenomenal, the city feels much more alive, the storyline is much more fascinating in my opinion ... but it just didnt HIT me quite the same way the first one did.

As for what's next, a future Bioshock would be amazing, although it already exists in some capacity as System Shock 1 and 2. Regardless of where it's setting takes place, I would love to see a bioshock that minimizes some of the linear exposition in favor of a direction with a bit more of a living breathing open ended world/city, where it's up to the players themselves to piece together the narritive or not. Not the easiest undertaking :D

Still, awesome franchise and I can't wait to see whats next from Irrational.
I like the original Bioshock better. Bioshock 1 had way more content than Infinite, kept me entertained longer. I still play it after all these years. I beat Infinite twice, and I won't play it again unless they put some serious content in the game.

I have to agree with Zombean. The original Bioshock was incredible and cannot be surpassed by Infinite. Infinite is a very good game however. A follow up to System Shock would be ********* incredible - INCREDIBLE.

I wasn't impressed with Infinite, I felt Bioshock 1's combat was more fufilling, variant, the bosses left impressions on me while infinite didn't have bosses outside of handiman and the siren who really didn't fight, she just summoned other things to fight for her.

Bioshock was longer, had a better atmosphere, was more relatable and made a characte rwho didn't speak feel like a true character, though I like Booker, bioshock 1 definitly is vastly superior in my book.
