1. If you do not own BioShock, it'll automatically be added to your games library, and cannot be traded. If you already own BioShock, you can find it in your Inventory.
2. If you do not own XCOM: Enemy Unknown, it'll automatically be added to your games library, and cannot be traded. If you already own XCOM: Enemy Unknown, you can find it in your Inventory.
3. Team Fortress 2 items are accessible once you launch the game, they're currently Not Tradable, but they'll be tradable later, most likely after the game's launched. (March 26th.)
IF YOU GIFT THE GAME FOR HIM/HER
S/he'll get the bonuses the way applied above.
Thanks.
Bonuses go in inventory only if the person who opens the gift already owns BioShock or XCOM: Enemy Unknown, otherwise they'll be tied to the account the moment they open the BioShock: Infinite gift.
In otherwords, it doesn't work.
Sorry anyhow. I hope your friend'll get an XCOM from someone, or find it somewhere for cheap, maybe you can play it together then even.
