It couldn't happen, that minigame is a prequel to Bioshock Infinite and in Bioshock Infinite Columbia is still at civil war. The minigame was made to give a deeper background before release.

Yes your right, giving the circumstances i did give them a tenfold more equipment (Vox) but sometimes it just felt as if the Founders had the upper hand no matter what.
Made me feel a bit like fueling a war that goes on with more casualties then necessary =0
