PC Patch 9 Details

Hello all,

We've just released PC Patch 9 for BioShock Infinite. Details below:

CHANGES INCLUDED IN PATCH 9

• Addressed an issue regarding instability in BioShock Infinite and BioShock Infinite: Clash In the Clouds which could occur after installing BioShock Infinite: Burial at Sea – Episode One.
  
• Addressed an issue with Securis doors in Fontaine’s Department Store failing to open within BioShock Infinite: Burial at Sea – Episode One.

Please note that with the release of Patch 9 for BioShock Infinite: Burial at Sea – Episode One, the beta patch will be removed. You will not need to make any changes to your account to gain access to Patch 9, as this includes what was included within the opt-in beta. Thank you to our fans that tried the beta patch and reported back on their findings.

Please fix the bug that you created as of last patch (#8) that makes the game start up minimised when you launch it.

I also have that problem still, my game starts minimised but otherwise works fine. Thanks for fixing the door bug. Cheers!

No, the Burial at Sea DLC dont have spanish voices.

I too get the minimized thing but I thought it was because I recently reinstalled Windows (went from Win8 x64 to Win8.1 x64). I figured it was some odd Win8.1 bug as I had another game that did the same thing.

Are the rest of you with issues on Win8 or Win8.1?

(Using Win 7 64-bit here so the problem isn't unique to Win 8/8.1.)

If you select windowed Fullscreen from the options screen then it will start fullscreen.
