Question about Combination Shock/ Can't get the Devil's Kiss+ Charge Combo to trigger the achievement...

I did the other 7 combos and got the achievement to 7/8 but i can't get the last one with devil's kiss/ charge. I don't know what I am doing wrong. I throw a fire ball at an enemy and they are burning and then I use charge on them but the achievement just won't trigger. Any help would be appreciated.

For some odd reason, I was able to get it to register for me in a roundabout way. Try Bucking Bronco + Charge with the Burning Halo Gear equipped.
