Bioshock Infinite is crashing on the 2k splash screen.

I'm trying to play the new Burial At Sea episode but every time I go to start up, the game crashes at the 2k intro. I've tried the benchmark utility and that will run without crashes. I've also tried blocking Bioshock Infinite in the firewall, verifying file integrity, running in offline mode, running as administrator, and unplugging my controller for startup. I also have the latest nVidia graphics drivers. The game used to run fine, but now it's just freezing on startup.

PC Specs:
Intel Core i5-3570k
nVidia GTX 660
G.SKILL Ares 8GB
Samsung 120GB SSD
WD Caviar Black 1TB HDD
Asrock Z77 Extreme 4 Motherboard

My problem was the "My Games" folder which holds the save data, was not in the standard location on my computer since I have two hard drives. It should be located in C:\Users\[PC NAME]\Documents\My Games . Changing this to the D: drive does something weird with Bioshock Infinite which makes it freeze.
