Yep. I think for me, this is one of the best games story-wise (and otherwise, but I'll leave that to another thread) I've played in a long time. I really enjoyed it.

When I finished the game I was really glad that the Internet had a lot of useful info about the ending, because my mind was also literally blown away.
Plus all those emotions...
Ah, the game is a masterpiece.

I suppose no one is update with current Physics of our world. There are still many mysteries like this which are proposed by Physics. I'd suggest a few physic journals, which after the basics can get pretty interesting. Like Interstellar travel , time travel and Quantum Mechanics.

The game was surely interesting, but the way it portrays the concept of "Quantum Mechanics" was a little off. Storywise, there was no reason for Elizabeth to kill the Booker she loved, the branching moment was not the Baptism but the Battle of Wounded Knee. It is true that there will always be constants and variables considering the nature of our universe, still, I believe "Umineko No Naku Koro Ni" does a better representation of Quantum Mechanics or "Higurashi No Naku Koro Ni".

The branching happened at the baptism, not wounded knee.

....The story in this game is terrible. The girl is so dumb that half the time I'm playing this game my jaw is dropped because of the unbelievable stupidity I see on my screen. The gameplay is fun and there are things in the game that make me laugh but the story and the girl are dumber than a box of rocks.

You call Elizabeth dumb, yet she fills you with supplies almost the ENTIRE ♥♥♥♥ing game. I can't even be sure if you're trolling or not. Elizabeth is not dumb. They put her in the game for a reason, she's an excellent companion too

There was no "branching" anywhere. Sorry to break it to you, but "branching" is not possible, for each 'choice' results in another universe being created in which that 'choice' never existed or another decision was made. There are an infinite amount of universes in which the Battle of Wounded Knee never even happened and thus, Booker never went to be baptised. This would explain the brief scene after the ending credits. This is an universe in which Booker never went to be baptised and thus, an universe in which he and Anna can live happily ever after.

Sadly, you did not take away what you should have from this game. Try playing it again when you can perhaps grasp at the concepts of quantum physics and the many themes in this game.
