Unplayable camera bug

So I made a second acount to play a few games on (Bioshock, Bioshock 2, Bioshock infinite, Dead Space) and since i tried to set up controller support on my android phone when ever I load into a game on that account the camera spins rapidly and points to the ground or celing, im not sure if the two situations are related but ive look around a bit, which didnt help at all as the best answer I could find involved deleting a gamepad folder that didnt exist on my computer. I have played all of the aforementioned games with a PS3 dualshock controller, using the microsoft xbox controller drivers and SCP service. the issue still persists after i unplug controller and uninstall all related programs, making all the games on that account unplayable. also on bioshock infinite when i click it switches between showing Xbox button options and showing the mouse.
