So I recently built a gaming PC. Here are the specs:

Intel core i5 4690K 3.50GHz
Asus Nvidia GTX 780

When I play this game, the framerate starts at 60, then constantly drops every few seconds. I reported this issue to the store that I bought the parts from and they say the video card was faulty and replaced it. They also said they did numerous test with this game and others and said the framerate was around 54-60. Yet, I'm still having problems. Is this game just poorly optimized or is there anything I can do to fix the framerate?

EDIT: Just tested Crysis 3 and it runs flawlessly on ultra. 60 FPS with no ridiculous drops.

Make sure the drivers for the card are up to date. Then adjust the games settings and see if that corrects the problem, if it doesnt try verifying the game cache. If none of this fixes the issue contact steam for support.
