Xbox 360, One controllers no longer work for this game.. help?
The first time I played through Infinite, I used an Xbox 360 controller. It worked perfectly, no issues whatsoever. I decided to replay it, and now, the game picks up that there's a controller ("Use R stick to look around" dialogue), the controller works on menus... but won't work in the actual game.

This is the same exact controller I used a few years back to play it. It's the same controller that I use to play platformers like Ori and They Bleed Pixels without issue. Every other game works 100% with it. Since the 360 controller didn't work, I decided to try my One controller (wireless and wired). Same results; works on menus, game knows it's plugged in, but it doesn't work in-game.

I've tried reinstalling drivers for the controllers, verifying the game install, restarting my PC, tried unplugging m+kb, tried starting the game with the controller both plugged then unplugged... nothing. Every time it works in menus, and the game picks it up, but doesn't work while playing.

Any ideas on why this is happening, when any other game works fine with either controller? Before you say it: I usually use m+kb for FPS games (OW, CS, etc) but I'm simply more comfortable being able to sit back and not over my keyboard for an actual, decently long campaign-based game. I don't care to hear about how you think I shouldn't use a controller; I'm not asking what you think is better.
