U kidding me? no go run game?

can't run the game & why is this?, i guess i should have stuck with retail disks.
Game is NOT loading when i start the game....Nothing happens.
I got this game on steam yrs ago, why isn't it functioning?

Maybe you are doing something wrong? Mine just works fine. And with no detail on your system given, I think nobody will be able to help you.

So you got 2 options:
1. continue flaming
2. describe your system, drivers, os .......

and then maybe someone can help you with your problem.

Just right click it in the game list , go to properties, verifiy game data, and voila.

Yea, got win 7 64bit with gtx 285, q9550, 4gb ram & 780i mobo.
i did what the other guy said & that's verify integrety & i defraged, but all i get is that menu to change video & then it closes & nothing happens.
i have done this for 07 & gtr evo, same thing happens.

OH YEA, those ppl that things are fine for will "state" that it's MY FAULT right?
what ever ......... been playijng this game off steam before i got the steam edition.......JUST to support SIM, but OH well, gonna have to send a sup tick to them since WANNABIE's here have nothing to add/aid.

Have you tried running it as administrator?

I know how you can run the game.
If you are a domain user, the game will not run, but if you are a local user, it should run normally!!!

THX, will try that, find it strange i have to do it that way since i never had to before.
originally i installed gtr evo then i kept buying more simbin games/expansions & it all installed & worked fine.
Don't see whats different this time around since it's the same OS & hardware i used last time i was playing this great series of games.

THX again, will try or just make a new steam folder & re download it
