actually, you must heat up rear brakes so kepp handbrake pressed till rear brakes temp goes above 350 °C and drive fwd car (peogeot WTCC 2006) so after brakes get hot, handbrake will work :) check out some of my screenshots to see it :) Also try to get off throttle pedal to make the handbrake work the wheels will lock easily.

well i don´t know if the just have any handbrake mate :D :D yeah in this game it´s rly comlicated because hanbrake doesn´t work like in regular street cars it´s just racing game :D :D if you need any help i´ll be glad to help you mate :)

try to heat up rear wheel brakes on another cars, get off the throttle, press clutch and try hanbrake :) it works also with some of DLC´s cars but not all cars support handbrake so that button is just worthless for them

And one more advice for ya :) Try to set brake bias ( F-R ) to 20:80 and brake pressure to maximum value. 80% of overall brake pressure will go in rear wheels so if you press handbrake wich brakes rear wheels, the´ll lock almost immediately. But this works only with some cars so give it a try :)

OH, my bad I was thinking you need it for getting the car sideways to make it drift :D :D I´m sorry. But you must appreciate that handbrake doesn´t work like in real life :/ But with Mini Cooper from Retro Expansion handbrake works just fine :) Give it a try :)
