Welcome to EVE Online: Rubicon!
EVE Online: Rubicon[www.eveonline.com], the 20th free expansion for EVE Online, has been successfully deployed on November 19th!

Rubicon brings the rebalancing of a number of ship classes[community.eveonline.com], along with a whole host of new features including four new mobile structures[community.eveonline.com], new ghost sites[community.eveonline.com], Sisters of EVE faction ships[community.eveonline.com], player owned high-security customs offices[community.eveonline.com], warp acceleration changes[community.eveonline.com], the Interbus Ship Identification System[community.eveonline.com], a new character selection screen[community.eveonline.com] and improvements to the fleet interface.[community.eveonline.com]

Err you know Steam is still selling as Rubicon....That was updated to Kronos nearly a month ago! Nobody on Steam Promoting the Upgrade?

yesterday eve online good buy me an premiuim discounted game day i can not I enter I put the steam usiario i put password but they are wrong to apply what I put something asin cache i will not let me reinstall it again

Hard to take a company serious when they can not even keep their stickies current.
Last expansion announcement: november 2013.
Last major update: 9th of december 2014 (yesterday), 6 updates/expansion this year.

Makes me wonder why they are on steam at all, as it is usually the kind of behavior of companies that have EOL'ed their product or are too lazy/pennypincing to spend the 10-15minutes to get their community crew to crosspost.

Pretty much. This is just a side revenue stream for them. Steam players make up such a small percentage of the population, that they don't really care. Besides, Steam players can use the official forums just like regular users.
