You need to be more specific. What do you mean by "quality improvement?"

EVE has plenty of graphics options. Just set everything to maximum in the game.. Even at maximum, it's not very intensive, because there isn't a whole lot of environmental stuff to render, since you're flying through space.

Yeah it's not like Crysis or Skyrim or many others where you can mod them yourself. I'm sure some people could but I would say no.

you have to recognize that eve has to handle this large amount of players on one server,... i think higher graphic perfomance would cause lags !?

That's network lag, not client-side render lag. Unless you're using really old or weak hardware, you can handle thousands of ships without a problem. The key thing to remember is that you can't really view each ship on the grid up-close at the same time, unless they're all clumped in a ball on top of each other. Things at a distance are not rendered in the same complex detail as things nearby.

And if i want 8000 x 10000 like textures ? what i can do ? my CPU and my GPU and also my 16GB RAM can handle that.(I Think)

This game doesn't have very intense, modern graphics. It still looks good, but you're not going to experience current-gen FPS graphics. It's just not that kind of game.

The way I understand it EVE is actually a hub of servers where every system is a different server. And all those seperate servers are linked to form one big hub. I could be wrong of course.

It's a super computer cluster and each node is capable of handling several systems but they share the load dynamically betwen them if the systems are getting loaded so that in the end only one node handles the whole system if necessary.
