Fate of the IP?

Presumably the Geometry Wars IP stayed with Activision after the Bizzare closure? Who do I have lobby/bribe/threaten to get Steam Play support and Steamworks leaderboards, achievements etc?

Any hope for some of the old Bizzare team getting hold of the rights and doing a bit more work on it? It's the perfect game to show of Steam's multiplatform Big Picture mode, but there's just a few things missing.
