This game is registering my dualshock for as a joystick. HELP

There are multiple programs that you can get that will emulate a 360 controller. I use one called MotionJoy for my Dualshock 3.

is there a "mode switch" on your pad or does your comp not recognize it normally? I don't own this game so I can't help you with any game settings, but I never had any problems with my 360 pad when I used to play this game on my xbox. As for registering as a joystick, I havent used one since atari and from what Ive seen on youtube theyre only used by PC basement dwellers shunned from society by suave charismatic PC gamers like boogie97 (or w/e his name is) so I cant see why any game with a label "warning severe knowledge of wood framed planes recommended" has joystick support...its a twin stick shooter...in the controller settings are both analog sticks portrayed as 2 handed 8 directional devices? Do you have the same problem with your paddle wheel when trying to aim in BF4, I know EA has a bad history of supporting colecovision hardware, just easier to pick up an extra intellivision controller (try to find a wireless one)...personally I try to not to download free random 3rd party software that has access to how I interface with my computer, or alters the way my secure files permit outside changes without having to jump through hurdles, then again my Iphone doesnt have a proprietary turbo graphix input slot and this message was uploaded by my neighbours dog while I was outside taking a dump in his food dish....long story short Id recommend visisting other sites like this games site/forum or the controllers site/forum rather than asking a general discussion forum populated by basement dwelling, uninformed, long winded ♥♥♥♥♥♥ neighbours
