There was a plugin for them to work on blender but it has been deleted. Is there any ways to import/convert .rbm models?

Can play for maybe 10 mins then Crash to Desktop, any ideas? i7 13k 3080 12GB 32GB DDR5 M.2 SSD Win 11

The game is stuck at the splash screen. I do not know what to do. I did set the compability of it to Windows 7 and XP SP3. Nothing. I dont know if telling my PC specs should mean anything,because before I upgraded my graphics recently from an Nvidia Geforce GT 770 to a AMD Radeon RX 6650 XT. I have an Intel Pentium Gold G5420 with 380ghz. And I'm using 16GB of DDR4 memory,it really doesent matter tho if it's upgraded or not,the game doesent start......
