I don't understand anything

Hey guys, I bought this game earlier when it was on sale for 3$, it seemed like a fun game. I've played it for about a hour, and did not understand ANYTHING. I sided a faction, did a quest, but understood nothing from there on. I kept looking for 10mins the last item I needed to fully destroy a base, and didn't find it so gave up (Was stuck at 97% chaos). And then I didn't understand wtf to do. I tried to go in a chopper and destroy a base, was fun for the first minutes then it got so boring.

TL;DR: I'm bored and don't understand what i'm supposed to do

To get 100% completion on a base you have to blow everything up and find all the armor/weapon part/vehicle part crates. I personally find that boring and go find another base to blow up. If you're bored with choppers try flying a G9 Eclipse >:D such OP

Cause Chaos by destrying bases and stuff, do missions for the three factions. By doing this, you unlock the story missions.

Patience is part of every game like this one. Once you put in a few hors and complete a few missions you'll know what your expected to destroy and how the resourse items are found. There's only a handful ( 9 or 10 ) of different types of equipment to" sabatage " and use the flashing proximity indicator in the HUD which alerts you to when a resourse item is close.

Just a tip; when I come to a new area, I go straight to the higher points ( rooftops, water towers, etc. ) for a good view of the area - you can usually spot items quickly as they're flashing white.

I was the same but if you complete the preliminary missions then the game really starts and it is fun just not your atypical COD DOD/MOD brain numbing army condition desensitizing hyped corporate junk. These developers really care about the game not a $$$ cash grab like the others. Cant wait for JS3 !

well my summarization of this game is: blow the crap out of everything, fly a plane into a mountain! do a indiana jones scene! do an epic chase with ur faction! (faction drives, and u stand on top) grapple a motorcycle to the ground and watch the man fly! strap someone (or something like a car) to a plane and watch it fly! download mods and fly off mountains in cars, or just jump off urself! Destroy military bases! ( i do wish this had physics like u can break whole buildings but thats the only bad thing.) make insanity happen! fly grapple anything! anywhere! grapple a man to a plane and watch HIM fly! (basicaly wha im saying is, DO WHAT U WANT AINT NO RULES)

For the story mode you need to accomplish Faction Missions to unlock Agency Missions.
