Tomb Raider: Underworld

Tomb Raider: Underworld

What Tomb raider game?
Should I wait till the new tomb raider game to come out to play the others?

You should really try the last 3 - Legend, Anniversary and Underworld. The angel of darknes had a nice idea twist (story driven instead of tomb raiding), but the controls are just terrible so skip that one. The rest of them are pretty old and if you don't like the old looks, you won't have that much fun playing them.

Still, they are classic PC games :)

Due to the fact, that your post is from over a month ago, I don't know, whether you're still interested in an answer to your question, but two things I have to say:

1.) I agree with the comments above: play the last three TR games in the order:

2.) Given that the new "Tomb Raider" is an Prequel to all the other TR-Games...wait 'til it's out and play that one first - but be aware that there lie several years between the games, so...the last (new) one might look better, than the first (older) three (which still look good!).
Oh, and the gameplay may differ from the older ones (more action, lots of QTEs in the new one).
I don't know how disturbing you might find this.

No you shouldn't wait for the new one, as it's completly irrelivant to the old ones, if your low on money, I'd only get Anniversary, Underworld and Legend, especially Legend and Underworld, they go together, and unlike BreOI said, don't play it first, is is not a prequel it's a reboot, a completly differant story, just with the base of Lara Croft. But it looks awesome anyway, you should get them all if you can : )
