This game is beautiful! Possible to add achievements and Steamworks features?

I was playing on my gram's laptop, this game is beyond beautiful. I never knew how much better looking PC games were compared to console games. Now I can say I'm amazed. I just wish there were achievements and other Steamworks features like Steam cloud? Is it possible to add these into the game?
