is it really possible to play it @ full hd?

bought it, had problems to launch it and only can play it @ 800x600, which is pretty bad. I like pixelated graphics, but 800x600 is awful... i read online and found lots of users with problems to run the game and i want to know if there is a way to play the game at your monitors standart resolution
w10, 1366x768 screen, 8gb ram, i5, intel hd graphics 3000

The art is 320x200, and in the setup tool you can scale it up in either window mode or full screen. But you can't get more sharpness than 320x200.

I like to play in window mode with 3 or 4x scaling. It appears sharper than full screen as it's over a smaller area.
