CS condition zero wont start

Every time I launch the game it always say this could not load hw.dll (its a fatal error) Ive already unistalled it and reinstalled it and it still does the same thing. How can I fix it?

the fix for the hw.dll error is :uninstal eac/voiplay(set them not to start with windows..after reinstal) and open cs first after that open eac/voiplay...if you open anticheat first u will get the error so cs first after that anticheat and you can play cs.

This problem is caused by EasyAntiCheat, so if u wanna play counter strike do that:

1- restart your pc
2- login into steam
3- open cs 1.6 without eac
4- leave cs
5- open eac
6- open cs again

You need to open cs WITHOUT eac the first time so u don`t get the problem, if u open eac before cs by accidente u need to restart your pc and do all steps again.
