PROBEM IN DOWNLOADING Contents ! :(

When i connect to server then some new maps or models are required to download but when the cz start downloading it stucks , and says complete but did'nt connect to server , i tried to restart cz but nothing happen ! :(
i hv to download maps and models from internet not directly from cz!!

plzz help
