I had same problem.
Here is what to do:
when you move the mouse from tre top, you hear the click.. stop at click number 4. click left button on mouse.
press TAP button 9 times
press 4 times right on your keyboard
press TAP 2 times
press 4 times down on keyboard
press ENTER

voila :)

oh my god i messed with this for so long, thank you so much for posting this. i uninstalled and reinstalled so many times and deleted things and all sorts of stuff and i couldnt get it. i did what you said and i can play again!!! thank you so much your so awesome!!
