Can't Purchase ?
Steam shows I don't own CZ and only CS, but when I place it into the cart it states I own one or more of these games already ?

Nothing is showing up in my library either, even after restarting my computer and Steam.

Any ideas on this one ?

I've seen this occur on a few other games and/or DLC as well.
