How can I change the way my gun is held?

On my Screen hes holding it as I'm left handed. I would want it to be right handed . How do i change this ?

Options -> Advanced -> Weapon alignment -> right handed

If you want to do it from the console, type in cl_righthand 1.
Or do what D!e said.

I have tried the two ways and it dont change to right handed.
Any idea why?

Change the render from 'Software' to 'OpenGL'.
