How do you make a dedicated server nowadays? steamcmd is messing it up badly!!

I'm going insane, i just want to make my own dedicated server, been busy for a whole day now and the ♥♥♥♥♥ thing dont start:

It seems that ♥♥♥♥♥♥ steamcmd is ♥♥♥♥♥ it all up, why is the old hlds tool destroyed?

You have to manually include CZ: app_set_config 90 mod czero
After that app_update 90 validate

Yes i did that, keep saying it was complete, but it is not. I eventually copied my czero folder and it seems it did the trick.
