How to create CS condition zero 1.6 server
i want to create a server from steam so that my friends can connect ...

Condition Zero is an old Valve game, which does not support a joint game on the Steam servers.
(I mean that Steam does not allocate a server for CZ, as it does in CS:GO).

In order for players to join you, you need to have a "white ip" (public IP address) and open ports.
Public ip address can be ordered from an Internet provider for an additional fee.

$ But, it's best to order a server on a gaming hosting that will work 24/7 and had low ping.

If you do not want to spend money, you can always play on public servers with friends.
