60 fps locked

I have grown accustomed to playing this game in 100 fps so need some help.... I have turned off the v sync and also tried fps_max 0...... Still no result and 1 more thing, as soon as I untick wait for v sync in game the fps drops to 4 or 5. Open to any suggestions at this point..P.S- if this thread is misplaced than just redirect it.

thanks it worked when i changed the order of the steps i just need to switch off the v synx and than override the fps...
