I've had this game on my wishlist since I joined Steam 2-3 years ago, and it hasn't been available since then or before. Since that's prior to the advent of Steam trading, I don't think such a thing even exists. Good luck, though.

it was removed in early 2012 with wolfenstein (2009) I've seen a few trade threads on trading sites, but the prices are ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ crazy. think a good amount of hundreds of dollars. all for a terriblely mediocre game. Mainly it's because not many people had giftable copies in their inventory, because it wasn't popular or wanted at the time. Wolf2009 fetches a couple hundred for giftable these days, and it was a much more popular, and overall more wanted game. last time I saw this game up for a trade, the guy valued it around $800-$1200. (mid-early 2013)

Double edit: apparently it wasnt removed at the same time as wolf2009, it was removed in early 2013 with quantum of solace and 007 legends.

To your edit, i can only say exactly, because i know i saw it in 2013, but like you say i decided not to buy it, wasnt really worth owning SoF: Payback without the old ones.. big fan of the old ones, i remember the first one when it came out, great game and i was alittle kid so imagine how i felt shooting legs and arms of people xD awesome game, im not, but i think it was one of the first real good shoot limbs of people games.

Thanks for all the great info though ;) insane prices btw.. never seen or even heard of anything that expensive and then for a crap game like that.. rofl.. O.o

Just buy a retail copy of the game. It's available everywhere.
