Save game on windows 8?

Where is the same files on windows 8?
I reformated my pc from windows XP to Windows 8 but I don't find the folders on W8.

I copy my files and I paste them there, but I continue without them :/

Maybe you does it wrong?

Game have quite a lot of files.

1. Right in "users" folder there is 2 files. hiscores.dat governs your scores, users.dat is a list of users. Check your user name in game or in this file - it's important.
2. Inside "users" folder are also "personal" subfolders with names="user name". I.e. I have subfolder "Smiling Spectre" (without quote marks, of course).
3. And in _this_ subfolders are your actual *.sav must be. They are anonymous, so you don't need to have old user name or something - but saves must be in folder matching name that you are using now in game. :)

I have a folder called "Condemor".
Right in users folder I have those 2 files "hiscores.dat" and "users.dat"
In the "Condemor" folder, I see "profile.dat" and "zen.sav"

However, when I run Bejeweled 3 on W8 now, it says "create new user". I created an user called "cacacaca", just for see what happens. And nothing, if I come to the folders, I can still see "condemor" etc etc and all the files/folders I told you in last message, and nothing about "cacacaca" (I don't care).

Looks right for me. And when you are in game, what name do you see right under "Play" jewel? If it's Condemor too - looks right for me. You must have saved "Zen" game, and if you'll start it, it must offer to continue old game. Is it working?

Ha. You are right. Seems, saves was seamless transferred for me when I installed Win8 - and I even didn't noticed.

It was "old", pre-7 saves. Actual ones for me are in c:\Users\[current user]\AppData\Local\Steam\Bejeweled3\users

Where [current user] is your Windows user name, of course.

Nothing, I see only play as "cacacaca", however I cant see it on files or folders, but I see my condemor files :/.

Also, if I uninstall and install the game, the files appears in Steam\steamapps\common\Bejeweled 3\users again, so I copy again my old condemor files, with the same result :/.

Well, I would be surprised if "popcapgames" and "steam" are the same. At least, it will prove that "my" Bejewelled and "yours" are different. :)

Simple test though is creation of new user with distinct name (and that's how I am found it). If it will appear in "popcap" then you found it. :)
