To date, one of the most boring and generic shooters I've ever played.
Loyal fan of the XCOM franchise? Want another high-quality TBS? Maybe an interesting tactical spinoff involving flight simulation or RTS elements? Well ♥♥♥♥ YOU CONSUMER, all you get is a clunky and awkward third person shooter with a budget of 14 cents, merry friggin christmas!
Three enemies (some kamikaze droid, the sectoid, and what I'm guessing was supposed to be a chryssalid) are spammed at the same reactionless drone that does random ♥♥♥♥ like touching civilians to beam them up to the enterprise or killing the same transporters. Yes, every map, every objective-- it's all the ♥♥♥♥ing same. Three weapons total that you can't switch in and out of but instead just get whatever you picked up last and roll with it, three enemies types constantly spammed at you, two possible objectives. Zero variety whatsoever.
Also, its graphics... I know it's an old game, but were they even trying? The animations themselves are absolute ♥♥♥♥.
Then we get the annoying announcer. Judging from the repetitive gibbing of Sectoids I guessed this wasn't a kids game, but I was probably wrong. The announcer is the same poorly acted scientist that makes sure to compliment you in a childish way every time you shoot your ♥♥♥♥ing gun at a transporter that you were supposed to take down.
Final verdict: 3/10. Generic, worthless, low-budget shooter 'game.' I've seen better in free unity games.
