Game wont start, it was ok till now :/

Soo I played bioshock perfectly fine this morning, game started normaly with no problems. And now it wont start at all... I click on Play and it opens a some window with nothing on it, icon is there and name to but game wont simply start, and when i click on that window its done(not responding).

If anyone can help me i would be grateful :)
