Which one to start with?

So I just got this whole pack with the Humble Bundle. Never played any of the older XCOM titles. So which one should I start with this is kind of overwhelming.

I would say in order of release. As shown here http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/X-COM#Games

Release Order:
X-COM: UFO Defense (1994)
X-COM: Terror from the Deep (1995)
X-COM: Apocalypse (1997)
X-COM: Interceptor (1998)
X-COM: Enforcer (2001)

Or if your a lore junkie you can play the games in story correct order. Only if you want to though.... Avoid Enforcer it's absolute crap.

Sart with UFO DEfense - many many happy hours wth that game. Infact I still play it and I am 74 years old! Skip Terror From the Deep - way too hard for me. then Apocalypse ! wheeeeeeeeee. Oh wait, some aliens just spotted .. gotta go!
