So I went to multipleyer and its only option was gamespy arcade....LAME!
Is it possible to play over steam?

You now use Gameranger to play online, it is Good to see people still play this amazing game.

Then you need to add Majesty HD to Gameranger.

So does this work for Majesty Gold HD or just Majesty Gold?

It works for both, but only one at a time. You also need to rename MajestyHD, Majesty it should be under \Steam\steamapps\common\Majesty HD. And just rename that MajestyHD.exe, to just Majesty.

For most ploeple the path will look like this:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Majesty HD, and just rename MajestyHD to just Majesty.

Is it me but I cant really build any of the Northern Expansion stuff( Halll of Champions, Outpost, Magic Bazzars, etc) Well there is a way to fix this, but you need to use Hamachi. Note this you do need to luanch MajestyHD in steam so you may have to go back to the \common\MajestyHD and find the exe file and rename it back to MajestyHD. Also you need to set Hamachi for port priority for hamachi explained in this video http://here you may also need to turn off your firewalls for it to work correctly. Last but not least if you created the Hamachi server you cant create the MajestyGame, you will have to have your freinds create one.

The easiest way to get it to play online is to sue a program called EVOVLE, it does everything for you and lets you play lan with friends. EASIER then hamachi, just create a party in evovle and thats it, go start up a lan match your friends should see it if they're in the evolve party

Hmm Ive tried seting up game with evolve bit with no success. Ive created a party in Evolve but i still dont see games in Lan tab i game. Can someone help me? Or reccomend another way to play multi?

Since Hamachi cost money now I have heard Tunngle is a good way to go now.

Tried evolve with my friend last night,worked plenty fine for me. Just make sure you set up the party before any of you start up the game.

Ive created party. We can see echother, ping etc. Just when i start Majesty i dont see game created by eather of us in Lan option. (sry for my english btw)

Hmm hamachi costs money? The Hamachi 'Pro Edition' does, but thats mainly for businesses who need larger servers. Are you sure you're on the correct web site? I have (and often use) Hamachi and it's completely free. There are alot of sites that copy what the actual hamachi site looks like just so they can charge you money - the actual site is logmein.com, not hamachi.com. Here's a link!

Anyways, it would be nice if steam would release some kind of multiplayer server for the game, but being that it's quite old now not sure if it would work out that way. In my experience Hamachi is the simplest way to play over the net, but the only issue is that you'll need to know your opponent's Hamachi IP and join their group - but it should work out fine over the internet.
