Industrial Goods

I was wondering if anyone could tell or give advice onto how to ethier stockpile or make more industrial goods. It seems like every country has this problem (I am currently playing as Mexico) and every building you create requires industrial goods (hence, making industrial goods factories also seems a pain in the ass to create). So if someone could please reply to this thread that would be great.

It should be noted that the IG situation is very different with version 7.3.1 (not yet posted by Steam) so keep that in mind.
