Upgrading from standard Cities in Motion to "Cities in Motion Collection"

Hi, I initially purchased the standard boxed edition of CIM and have been playing it for a while. Was lookign at downloading some of the extra addons, however I found Cities in Motion - Collection in Game which is the basic game with 2 Expansion cities (German Cities and Tokyo) and 4 DLCs (Metro Stations, Design Marvels, Design Now and Design Classics).

I inserted the disc in my PC and CIM said it was updating with the additional content, however when I run the game, the additional content (Tokyo and German Cities and the 4 DLC are nowhere to be found. Any help please?
