I think you need to just use your console and use "cl_crosshairstyle 1"
Also, using customized crosshairs in cs:go can get you a ban?

if you are customising the crosshair using cl_crosshair cmds, then no. if you are using an external program that hooks into the cs go binary, then maybe.

Go to this site and then at the bottom you will see "default" click that, and if you want to change the colour you can do that as well, and then you are done. Just copy paste the part that is under the config and you are gunna have the same old curser :D I hope you could fix this problem ^^
