I have a suggestion for CS:GO here.

Valve should do something with voting .. ( vote kick ) .... there should be a reason for the vote kick, for example AFK, harassing .. etc etc. Cause in casual .. there lot of players and you can't see why they are vote kicking for someone, I don't know in comp..
So please update CS:GO with this...
