So how hard is it to get items?

I am planning on starting this but before I do, is it hard to get items? Is it something like TF2?

that's your drops.

it's nothing like tf2.

Is this daily or weekly? random weapon drops? Or rares only for prems?

weekly and random weapon skins drops yes, but like 99% of the time it's crappy skins that are cheap. If you want good skins, you kinda need to buy them.
