Players kicking other players just to ban them from the game

This bullying needs to stop. Its a game. If you want to control everyone else in the game, then form your own group and be the leader. This pattern of players ganging up on other people in the game and banning them just to be a bully is unacceptable. Steam needs to change their policies to make it more fun for people to play as they wish instead of being bossed around by bullies. A typical example is a new player who doesn't understand the game being banned for several days because a group of more experienced players are tired of putting up with the noob's learning curve. It's a game and its supposed to be fun for everyone, not just the veterans.

But in srs, either play with someone or stop giving them reasons to kick you. People who play like garbage get kicked all the time, annoying people also get kicked frequently.
I very rarely see anyone get kicked for seemingly no reason.

Though, yesterday, a smurf on the other team got kicked. Gave me a tremendous laugh.

Yes there is a problem with the butt holes who kick for no real reason, however as we all know that butt holes don't always run in packs. You always seem to get that one guy so the kick system is a good tool for that. Just last night we had to kick this richard because all he would do is hide and laugh about it. So we kicked him. If he got a few days off, I am happy about it. So to me it works.

I got kicked, 7 day ban and for what not killing 4 other players while the bomb was going off and they consider that noobish. So far all my cooldowns are from dumb bans from people who try to act funny and humorous and then take their anger on a player whos better than them. Valve needs to fix this and change the voting system and have a report system istead like dota where its REVIEWED.

Giving other players the ability to get you banned is possibly the worse idea Valve and the other company who made CS:GO could have ever thunk up...players can't be trusted and yes what they do is, join as a group then dictate things...don't like it? they'll kick you and you can get a ban cooldown for it...this absolutely needs to be fixed, no more weapon skins, no more random rewards that seem to mean nothing, this right here should be the absolute top priority and i've posted about this before.

How to fix this issue
1)No player should be banned from kicks, ever, period, they just shouldn't, this needs to be removed immediately, patch this today.

Just played comp and the other team kicked them one by one and the players they kicked were replaced by bots. They lost and when the game was over, the other team laughed about kicking everyone.
