CZ-75- What am I missing?

I just started the Bloodhound mission that requires a combination of 20 CZ-75 kills, or enemy weapon kills. Why do I see this weapon being used so often in competetive? Low ammo, horrible accuracy, moderate damage...what am I missing?

It's an eco weapon, good at killing a player and stealing a rifle.

its a god weapon for short range and tight corners like cache and office possibly dust 2 in some positions

Mellowk, I gathered that based on the mission I referenced, I guess I was just curious what nuance I was missing since I personally am not a fan thus far. I can't think of a good reason to put it in over the Tec, especially in an eco position. To each their own...thanks ladies and germs.

i agree i would not swap for the tec but i did for five seven

Interesting...I have to assume it has a lot to do with my play style, because I can't get over that horrendously low ammo count.

i believe it is the fastest firing weapon in the game. it's sole purpose is to kill an enemy and take thier primary weapon when you don't have money to buy a good primary.

Tasty, now THAT makes some sense. Just keep to tight corners like someone else mentioned, and blow faces of in CQC
