It doesn't.

Sadly no-one really knows how the ranking system works, but judging it is based on ELO we could speculate a possible reason would be this: Perhaps the kills he made where more important / of higher players, and yours were more easier picks.

PS Choose a more decent thread title next time. I understand frustration but hearts are a good sign you're doing something wrong.

60 hours therefore everything I've seen happen in the game never happened because I have less than 300 hours, until someone reaches multiple hundreds of hours they are not allowed an oppinion, I have been banned because of teh game's stupidity and stuff like that but it doesn't count because I have less hours than you

off course you don't know and I'll explain why. CS is not a casual game that you can come and play a few hours and think is gonna be alright. Not at MM. If you want just have fun for a few hours go play DeathMatch or Casual. To have a good understanding of team play and MM you have to be at least Master Guardian Elite.. is when ppl starts to play like a team, communicate and respect each other. You THINK you know about this game but you clearly don't know what's about

yes because people can't play like a team unless they are one of the highest ranks. Yep never have I ever talked with my team and made half decent strategies that made us win. Not once have I even had a slither of respect for anyone, kind of like you

I think that's the best theoretical structure of the point system. Headshots, number of shots overall to take someone out, overall ratio of head:chest shots, etc. and possibly countless other combinations could be a factor. Maybe using certain weapons over others could possibly effect the score? I would imagine that the person who took their opponents out with less shots - even if they had similar kill:killed ratio as the other players - would get the higher score.

Who knows, though? I'm probably totally wrong and it's a much simpler explanation. :P
