Why don't we have more maps?

Out of all of the operations and Agency gets to stick around? Why don't we have more permanent maps from all of the past operations?

People have been asking for new popular maps to stay for a long time. Season being the biggest request I see and Tuscan (I think I'm spelling that right).

valve is a joke and they won't add tuscan(best map from 1.6).

I wasn't ever a fan of Season personally and I've never played Tuscan. I did enjoy Back Alley when it came though. -But I'm the minority for that request.

So how do you explain the recently removed maps?
As much as I like them to stay, they were pretty much a waste of money.
Hosting servers that nobody plays them, it actually makes sense, well at least for me.

It was because people were using them to boost their rank, they had to remove it so people couldn't exploit it
