Send us a mail with your name and any receipt / voucher copies that claims you bought the game.

We will then send you keys so you can play the game on Steam.

In your case your mail didn't get lost, though, it just made me think a lot and I forgot to answer in the end... ♥♥♥ culpa.

Secret of the Norns DLC being included in the complete pack is not intended, it's most likely a little mistake from steam. It's too late to correct it so let's pretend it was intended from the start. :D

I don't want you to buy the complete pack just to get that small DLC. If you are eager to give me money (oh yeeees give me moaaar moneyyyy), there will be a kickstarter campaign very soon (c).

Oh, you'll get my money. I know about the kickstarter and looking forward to it! My only delay was for buying episode 6, since that would "lock me out" in a way from buying the complete pack, so was wondering.
